1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the AVEN application or website (meetonaven.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must satisfy all of the following requirements to create an account or use AVEN:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must represent yourself truthfully, using only authentic photographs of yourself.
• You must not have been previously removed or banned from AVEN for community violations.
• You are not convicted of or subject to any court order relating to violent crimes, sexual misconduct, harassment, or financial fraud.

3. Community Standards & Prohibited Conduct

AVEN was created to foster genuine dating relationships built on emotional maturity, dignity, and mutual respect. You agree never to engage in:

• Harassment & Abuse: Threatening, stalking, defaming, bullying, or intimidating other members.
• Impersonation & Fraud: Creating fake accounts, using photos of another person, or soliciting money, cryptocurrency, or gift cards.
• Commercial Exploitation: Advertising products, promoting paid services, social media follow-farming, or conducting commercial transactions.
• Non-Consensual Content: Transmitting unsolicited explicit imagery, hate speech, or content promoting self-harm or violence.

4. Safety & Real-World Interactions

While AVEN provides verification tools, blocking, and reporting mechanisms, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person.

We urge all members to consult our Safety Center for best practices on meeting in public, arranging independent transport, and sharing plans with trusted friends.

5. Subscriptions & Digital Purchases

Optional premium tiers or feature tokens are billed through the Google Play Store on Android devices. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle. All refunds and billing disputes are governed by Google Play Store policies.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our Account Deletion Page. AVEN reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke access for any account that violates our standards, with zero obligation for prior notice or fee reimbursement.

7. Legal Governance & Arbitration
