Account Deletion & Data Rights
You retain absolute ownership of your personal data. Here is everything you need to know about deleting your AVEN account, what data is permanently erased, what safety records are temporarily retained, and how to submit a request.
Method 1: Direct in-app deletion (Fastest)
Instant execution via the AVEN Android application
If you still have the AVEN app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account immediately with zero waiting period:
- Open the AVEN app on your Android device.
- Tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the upper corner.
- Select Account, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Review the consequences, type DELETE into the confirmation field, and tap Permanently Delete.
Method 2: Web-based deletion request
For members who no longer have access to the mobile app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your Android phone, you may initiate a deletion request below. To protect member accounts from malicious unauthorized deletion, an ownership confirmation link will be delivered to your registered email address.

Important notice: Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your AVEN account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through Google Play.
To stop future billing, open the Google Play Store app on your device > tap your profile icon > select Payments & subscriptions > tap Subscriptions > select AVEN > tap Cancel subscription.
